Nokia has announced thier first Android running tablet- the Nokia N1, at the Slush 2014 keynote today. This is their first device launched after selling the handset division to Microsoft.
Nokia N1 is a premium, well built Android tablet which is manufactured by Foxconn by licensing Nokia name. The device is 7.9-inch tablet running Android 5.0 Lollipop and Nokia's own Z Launcher on top of it.
The device comes with an attractive, unbeleivable price. At a $249 range, this device is a great threat to other flagship devices like Nexus 9, Samsung Galaxy Note series etc.

Nokia will be licensing its name to Foxconn, who will be handling the engineering, marketing and sales of the Nokia N1.
Z Launcher is available as Public Beta
Nokia has made Z Launcher as open beta. It can be downloaded from Play store for free. They also updated the app to make it compatible for all avilable devices. You can get the app from here.Nokia N1 will hit Chinese markets first in time for Chinese New Year (February 19, 2015), then to Russia and to other European countries.
